Protein Shakes

So, today I need to share with the world the wonder of protein shakes made with Hemp Protein Powder. I drank these through my pregnancy to meet my protein requirements. I kept drinking them while breastfeeding to stay healthy. And now my son who is allergic to dairy, LOVES the berry one. And my daughter who has focusing issues benefits from all the nice healthy omega 3's contained within. So I am highly recommending these wonderful shakes to all families!!
...and NO, you cannot taste the protein powder! It does not taste powdery or weird in any way. It totally ROCKS!

Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Berry Banana Protein Smoothie
2 c soy/almond/enriched rice milk (original or vanilla)
2 T hemp protein powder
1 T flax seed oil
1 banana
1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen marionberries
(if not using frozen berries, you may want to add ice)
Blend until smooth. This makes one large serving.
Both of these large servings are adequate for me and 1 or 2 of my kiddos.
Over 30g protein per shake!!! Enjoy!
