MY DAZE

After a busy day of baking, cleaning, chasing a toddler, and begging him to PLEASE take a nap just this once, the pretzels that he threw all over the floor this morning, while laughing at his mother, are still all over the carpet when his sister arrives home from school.

Immediately the older sister starts in, needing help with her homework. "I don't understand division," she wails. Immediately super-mom leaps into action putting her messy carpet to good use. Of course, this was planned all along. There was a reason super-mom did not whip out the vacuum as soon as she saw the pretzels fly.
