OMG. I got a new camera! Yeah. However, there is a HUGE problem with it already!!! Every time anyone does anything exciting (like breathe) I start snapping a few (hundred) shots. Damn It. I don't have the kinda time on my hands to go through this many photos!!! How will I edit, crop, slideshow, etc this many AMAZING shots?!?!?!?!
Damn stupid new camera, anyway! (I'm just kidding, camera, I totally love you)

Canon Rebel, the older one.
Can't shoot in RAW and can't afford nicer lens. But it's AMAZING for a single mom!!!
heh. welcome to my insanity. BE GLAD you don't have raw. trust me on this. don't ask how many hours i've fiddled with things. oh, and for more editing fun? my nephew convinced me to try a trial of lightroom and OMFG. you can edit jpg's very similarly to how you would in raw. worth a try ;) you can try it free until august when 2.0 is released, just download the 30 day trial, and then go to the adobe forums for lightroom and ask a 1.0 owner to send you an invitation to extend your trial until 2.0 is released. then spend 2.5 months editing photos with a dreamy awesome program, and then weep at the $300 pricetag for the 2.0 version. LMAO

I have a Rebel XTi and I looooove it. Are you shooting in manual? I will nevah EVAH go back to automatic mode again after learning all the ins and outs of manual. Love it.
