Who Cuts the Cheese?

I was making a salad the other day (I make a salad every day) and I was using a cheese grater to carve into a block of cheddar. I got to thinking...."I wonder how many people cut their hands or skim their fingernails on these contraptions which allow you to utilize 50 knives at the same time?" Then I really start thinking...."Do they then still throw on their pile of cheddar and eat the salad?" Now I'm really on a roll...."Does this happen in restaurants?" "OMG, Have I eaten thinly sliced bits of skin and nails of other hands numerous times? I think statistically my chances for skin digestion might be elevated due to my over-consumption of salads"

Now, I've really got to stop and wonder how this choice of being a vegetarian is REALLY working?!?!?!?

I've sliced up my knuckles a time or two - I can show you my latest scar today, if you like! But that's all, of probably 25 or more year using a grater like that.
